I don't remember if it's manhua or manhwa, most likely the latter. The mc had dark brown hair & eyes, with gloomy appearance & droopy eyes, his bang covering his whole forehead while ml's blond haired (eyes same color as hair) with bangs that covers his middle-to-left forehead. Both are university students. Mc gives off too-kind-for-their-own-good vibe (I think).
I mentioned screenshot but it's actually just a bunch of monologue from the mc in a chapter where he confront the persistent ml, here they are:
"I'm afraid you'll get tired of me someday. I told you, I've been in a bad relationship, and now I'm not confident in dating.
I know I'm not charismatic or extremely attractive. It's better not to expect too much from the start, than to be sad latter. So... I'm just overthinking things.
