Hello, I'm looking for a manga that I can't remember the name of. It's set in a sort of underground training facility for people with superpowers. There are different superpower levels, and MC starts at the bottom and it's assumed that he has none. I remember that there's this one challenge that his level and the A level have where they try to defeat a big plant and MC successfully does so, catching the eyes of ML who is the highest level. ML has a friend who has water powers but is scared of water because he almost drowned as a child. ML has two sides of his power, one is a pink manifestation that can look through his eyes into other people's souls and the other is a machine-based manifestation. Those two sides are warring it out in his head and MC is the only one who can help him. I remember that there is a character called Dr. X in the series who is the brother of the head of the facility.
